Overview
MCDRS, LLC dispute resolution services utilize the varied disciplines, backgrounds and experience of our professionals to address client challenges
with tailored approaches to each engagement. Our principal areas of expertise encompass contract and construction disputes; engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) claims; financial and accounting
analysis and litigation consulting. Our principals possess expertise in upstream engineering analysis, EPC disputes, accounting, finance, economics and integrated management systems, which we apply to dispute
resolution, valuation and investigative engagements. We also have strategic alliances with other firms who have specialties in additional areas, including engineering, systems and operations management and
project management.

The dispute resolution services we provide our clients may involve pending or potential legal or regulatory proceedings, the subject matter of which may
include assessments of economic losses due to claims arising from, among other things, breach of contract, fraud or breach of fiduciary duties, claims relating to EPC or construction and environmental disputes, as
well as business interruption and other insurance claims. Furthermore, we have experience with disputes involving business combinations and other corporate transactions that draw upon our capabilities relating
to business valuations, fraud investigations, bankruptcy restructurings, solvency analyses, special accountings, transaction tracings, reconstructions and cash flow analyses.
We have been retained as expert witnesses to render opinions before courts, regulatory bodies and governmental authorities, in addition to arbitration or
mediation. We also are retained as non-testifying consultants to advise about the facts, issues and strategies of matters in dispute.
